Erin has over 15 years’ experience working with both boutique and multi-million-dollar businesses.

Prior to founding Refinished Business, Erin spent four years coordinating logistics and event operations for international sporting organisations and events, six years combined in national marketing roles and business management, and consulting work in the United States.

In addition to her Bachelor of Business at LaTrobe University, Erin has undertaken study leading to an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Strategic Management with a focus on Strategy, Innovation and Business Sustainability. In 2022 she completed accreditation with International Coaching Federation (USA) Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching.  

She is a business strategist specialist and self-confessed productive worrier, who enjoys helping business owners develop step-by-step pathways and plans to assist them in achieving their goals.  This results in stakeholders overcoming challenges in order to appreciate their own businesses, and pass on that enjoyment to their staff and customers. 

Prior to a career in business, Erin worked in injury rehabilitation and physical preparation, conditioning & therapy with athletes.  It was a natural next step after working with the physical side of sport (and the mental aspects that go with injury rehabilitation) to work with mindset of athletes in order to build resilience and get back into the game confident, focused and ready to succeed.  

When Erin’s not sitting behind a computer or throwing crazy ideas around, she can be found on her horse navigating some show jumps, searching the mountains for fresh snowy powder, drinking wine, or spending time with her husband and two sons in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges outside of Melbourne.
