It all began when...

We saw too many business owners and managers spending their whole lives working in their business, with very little return for the time spent or stress expended.

We saw athletes struggling to reach their goals, or lacking clarity on how to achieve them.  We saw athletes struggling to transition from life immersed in sport, to a life after sport.

Over time we've evolved from consulting, realising that much of the change that was required must start from within.  And so began the journey into mindset, the inner workings of the brain, nervous system regulation and a desire to create greater impact with not just businesses, but with people within them. 

We believe that a business cannot change unless the people do. 

We believe that you cannot improve your athletic outcomes, or transition successfully into a life after sport without undergoing change.

WHY - so you can live with the joy of having the freedom to choose, decide, and take action with complete autonomy.

Keen to practice what we preach, as at 2022, we completed accreditation with the International Coaching Federation based out of USA.  Whilst anyone can call themselves a "coach," we felt going the extra mile to deliver a greater, accredited service that was recognised world wide, and that adhered to a greater code of ethics, meant a more comprehensive and ethical service for clients.  

So here we are. 

The International Coaching Federation ICF refers to coaching as a "process that moves the client from present reality to a desired future state with accountability and action."
